Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of GA Chat’s website and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to promptly update it as needed.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service. For example, you must not:

  • Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive activities.
  • Harass, threaten, or defame others, or share content that infringes rights.
  • Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service (including via scraping or DDoS).
  • Reverse engineer, bypass access controls, or probe vulnerabilities without permission.
  • Upload malware or attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or accounts.

4. User content

You retain any rights you have in content you submit, post, or display through the Service ("User Content"). To operate the Service, you grant GA Chat a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, reproduce, and display your User Content solely to provide and improve the Service.

You are responsible for your User Content and represent that you have the rights necessary to grant the license above.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use information. By using the Service, you agree that we can handle information as described there.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and content (excluding User Content), is owned by GA Chat and its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service except as allowed by these Terms.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms or if it is necessary to protect the Service, users, or third parties. You may stop using the Service at any time.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, GA Chat disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GA Chat will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Service.

10. Changes

We may modify these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the updated Terms and update the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
